  • Reports are issued promptly after completion of testing and verification.

  • OPD patients may collect their reports from the Laboratory Report Dispatch Counter during designated reporting hours.

  • IPD patients' reports are delivered electronically or physically to the respective wards and treating doctors to facilitate timely clinical management.

  • Critical laboratory values are immediately communicated to the concerned treating clinician for urgent patient care.

  • Patients are advised to preserve their laboratory reports for future consultation and follow-up.

  • Bring your OPD Registration Slip/ABHA ID/Hospital Identification Number while collecting laboratory reports.

  • Follow the instructions provided for fasting or other sample preparation before testing.

  • Ensure correct patient identification before sample collection.

  • Report any discrepancy in patient details immediately to the laboratory staff.
