1. Counter Registration (Manual Registration)

• Visit the OPD Registration Counter.

• Provide your Name, Age, Gender, Mobile Number, and Address.

• Existing patients should provide their UHID (Unique Health Identification Number), if available.

• A registration slip will be issued for consultation.

2. Online OPD Registration

• Patients can register online using their mobile phone or computer before visiting the hospital.

• Online registration reduces waiting time and helps avoid long queues.

• Show the online registration confirmation at the hospital for consultation.

3. Registration through ABHA ID

• Patients can register using their ABHA (Ayushman Bharat Health Account) ID.

• Search your health record using your ABHA Number or the mobile number linked with your ABHA ID.

• Your demographic details can be retrieved automatically for faster registration.

4. Registration by QR Code / Barcode Scanning

• Present your ABHA Card or ABHA QR Code/Barcode.

• Hospital staff will scan the code to retrieve your details instantly.

• This enables a quick, paperless, and secure registration process.

5. Emergency Department Registration

• Emergency patients receive immediate medical attention without delay.

• Registration formalities may be completed after stabilization, if necessary.

• Every emergency patient will be assigned a unique hospital registration number.

6. IPD (In-Patient) Admission Registration

• Patients requiring admission will be registered after the doctor's recommendation.

• IPD admission is completed using the existing OPD or Emergency registration details.

• A unique IPD admission number will be generated for inpatient care.
